The original business plan offered application training such as Microsoft's office suite Word Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft's operating system Windows. Around 2000 Mrs. West's husband David branched the business plan to include website development and website hosting for small business schools and individuals. To insure a hacker safe environment for client's websites and individual development West Pro leased a Virtual Private Server VPS from VerioNTT Inc. Verio offers many website based business solutions and applications and support 247365 based in the USA - West Pro became a Verio Partner - resaler. Mr. and Mrs. West have taught classes in Microsoft Applications and operating systems at West Valley Community College in Saratoga CA and San Jose City College in San Jose CA. In 1997 Mr. West added classes in Beginning Internet and E-mail and website development classes to his teaching duties. He continues to teach website development and PHP scripting at Clovis Adult Education in Clovis CA. Mrs. West continues to work in industry while operating the business including Computer support for the executive staff at NASA Mountain View. Currently she is the corporate trainer for Grundfos Pumps Inc. located in Fresno CA. Grundfos is a worldwide corporation with offices in 50 different countries.
