Teen Board Programs were first started by Rainbow Promotions in regional malls in 1990. It has been an opportunity for young men and women between the ages of thirteen to eighteen years to represent their Mall in fashion shows special events and community service. In addition members participated in a year long program of lectures workshops and activities dealing with the various aspects of the fashion and retail industry- modeling retail operations fashion design marketing and public relations. The programs have been a huge success in working with young adults while helping to promote and market events and individual merchants at the mall
