Paul A. Riseman 73 passed away Friday March 15 2013 at his home. He was born in Springfield on January 6 1940 to Theodore Hershel and Cecile Cutler Riseman both of whom preceded him in death. He married Wanda Cowling on May 25 1963 in Springfield. Paul was employed by the Illinois Secretary of State retiring in 1999. He had a lifelong love of music and collected Jazz 78 records from the age of eleven. For over forty years he sold sheet music and movie memorabilia by auction catalog and more recently through his website and eBay. He was a member of Temple B&rsquorith Sholom and the International Association of Jazz Record Collectors. Paul is survived by his wife Wanda sons Samuel Cutler Riseman Michelle Repp of Berwyn and Michael Benjamin Carla Riseman of Brookfield 4 grandchildren Alexandra Beth Benjamin Cutler Ella VanLaere and William Bix and a sister Davey Lee Yoffee of Miami Florida. To honor Paul&rsquos wishes cremation rites will be accorded and no services will be held. At this time the family requests no flowers.
