Established in the end of 1996 the long standing Lithuanian heavy rock band MOUNTAINSIDE is well known for its original and unorthodox style driving live performances and skepticism towards the music industry. And they don’t seem to stop. They are constantly looking for new horizons of guitar music. Succinctly describing their playing style just heavy rock the band is surprising the audience with unexpected musical twists and creative solutions. At the moment band is playing in power trio format plus guest vocalist Paulius pursuing heavier direction with harsh vocals and rather complicated song structures. Now MOUNTAINSIDE are finishing their third long awaited album. During all carrier MOUNTAINSIDE played hundreds of concerts in clubs pubs big and small open-air festivals town festivals various other events in Lithuania and abroad has released two albums - "Distorted" 2003 “Who Else Records” few songs from this album was used in Norwegian director Fredrik Bryne car racing movie 2004 and 𠇊ll About Time” 2007 “Zona Records” which was very well received by critics and listeners.
