Limestone Bluffs Resource Conservation and Development Area Inc. RC&D is a 501 c 3 non-profit corporation registered in the state of Iowa. The RC&D will serve as the sponsor for the project. The Limestone Bluffs RC&D has administered grants from variety of federal state and private funding sources and conducts audits of organization funds. The RC&D board is comprised of members of the Board of Supervisors and the Soil and Water Conservation District for each of the six Iowa counties that Limestone Bluffs covers including Clinton Cedar Jackson Jones Dubuque and Delaware
