Once a diverse neighborhood on the verge of revitalization now empty lots and boarded up buildings have taken the place of small businesses and affordable housing. While Springfield leaders in governmentbusiness and community tackle the seemingly impossible challenge of rebuilding the South End - we at ADP feel compelled to ask the one simple question How can we How can we ensure that our neighbors can return to the neighborhood they call home How can we ensure that absentee landlords don't let their damaged real-estate just sit there blighting our South End How can we help vital community organizations return to this dynamic neighborhood How can we support our local businesses in the South End and provide affordable capital for them to rebuild How can we stave off greedy developers who don't care about those who were displaced while ensuring that the South End is a neighborhood rebuilt for all residents of the city... read more
