Dr. Arden was a full-time attending physician and faculty member of the Schneider Children's Hospital Division of Adolescent Medicine for 20 years before opening this practice. She is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Medical School and completed her pediatrics residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She then completed a three-year adolescent medicine fellowship at Schneider Children's Hospital of Long Island-Jewish Medical Center. Dr Arden was named in New York Magazine's Top Doctors issue in 2003 2004 2006 and 2007. Dr. Arden is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. At Schneider Children's Hospital Dr. Arden was director of school-based health services chair of the Institutional Review Board and attending physician. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics subspecialty board in Adolescent Medicine and is a member of the Society of Adolescent Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Arden's practice is devoted to the care of adolescents and young adults who require specialty care. Pediatricians and other physicians refer their patients to Dr. Arden for the evaluation and management of adolescent health problems including menstrual disorders and other reproductive healthcare issues polycystic ovary syndrome eating disorders nutritional problems and other conditions
