What it does

Moda is the continual learning layer for AI agents. It turns production agent traces into validated improvements for your agent harness. It surfaces patterns across agent hallucinations, laziness, context loss, and tool call failures, then attributes each issue to a specific layer of the agent harness: prompts, tools, workflows, retrieval, memory, and evals. It also discovers what users are actually trying to do and turns those findings into concrete counterfactuals the team can ship. In the next 10 years, with more AI agents spawning and trying to get PMF, developing an agent that actually works for users is critical. Everyone has access to the same models, thus the ones that win on a product level will be the ones who learn fastest from real usage. Moda is that learning layer.
