What it does
Stacey Hilscher and Meg Kibyuk started CUT Cooking in 2019 with a vision to support and encourage gluten free families. We began with recipe development and adaptation, sharing those recipes on blog that we continue to update. Understanding first-hand the complexities and hardships of using gluten free ingredients, we underwent the process of developing and testing gluten free flours. This grew into manufacturing, packing and selling gluten free ingredients. We continue to develop products and resources and expand our reach through retail and commercial sales channels across Alberta.
