Smart Bricks is an applied AI lab building agentic reasoning systems for real estate investing. We develop and deploy autonomous agents, multi-model reasoning, and continuous learning loops to transform how real-world assets are discovered, evaluated, and managed. We’re already at a ~$12M revenue run-rate, backed by a16z Speedrun alongside leading angels from OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Anthropic. Our team brings experience from Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and OpenAI — combining institutional investing expertise with frontier AI research.
