Vereda addresses one of the largest structural inefficiencies in Brazilian agriculture (US$700b Market): distribution. It is building the most efficient way for suppliers to access fragmented farm demand in Brazil. Through a WhatsApp native procurement agent, Vereda captures and structures farmers’ purchasing intent, enabling direct distribution from manufacturers with structurally lower cost to serve for suppliers and improved pricing for farmers by eliminating inefficiencies in the distribution layer. By owning the producer interaction layer, Vereda generates proprietary datasets on demand, behavior, and credit, enabling dynamic offer optimization, embedded financial services, and expansion across all categories of farm spend over time.
