What it does

Natural Fiber Product SustainaPac will produce formed natural fiber, compostable food service packaging products for the QSR, general food service, and food retailing industries. Products for single-use food service applications will include fiber hinged containers, hot and cold drink cup lids, portion cups and lids, cutlery, bowls, and trays... all with unique brand identification options. Replacing Plastic SustainaPac's cellulose fiber based, compostable products will replace EPS foam and hard plastic food service single-use products that are some of the primary sources of plastic pollution on planet Earth today. Unlike plastic that is only 5-8% recycled, no matter what happens to cellulose fiber-based products, once discarded they have virtually no negative effect on the environment. Sustainability Plus SustainaPac's compostable products will be made using the advanced PulPac Dry Fiber Forming Process, the world's most capital, materials, and energy efficient fiber molding process...and a process that has zero effluents. Only FSC certified fiber will be used in SustainaPac products and they will contain no PFAS (fluorine) additives used for impermeability. Made in the USA SustainaPac products will ultimately be economically made in multiple facilities across the USA. SustainaPac’s high output fiber forming plants will be devoted to providing custom fiber product contract manufacturing for the food service packaging industry. SustainaPac will also provide custom fiber solutions for the general product packaging industry.
