What it does
SafetyScan systems screen for human psychomotor impairment by alcohol, drugs, and cognitive fatigue. Our SafetyScan technology assesses involuntary movement of the eyes to test for any form of psychomotor impairment. SafetyScan then gives a simple Pass/Refer result for “Fitness for Duty”. SafetyScan is not a drug or alcohol test. It is a true impairment screener that is sensitive to human psychomotor impairment by alcohol, drugs (legal, illegal, prescription or over the counter), and cognitive fatigue.
