Robotic software enabling the future of manufacturing.

What it does

The software developed by Reforge streamlines robotic operations by eliminating the need for fine-tuning and complex programming. The initial product of Reforge Robotics (“Reforge”) is anti-vibration software for robot arms called Axel. It prevents vibration when cutting (or “machining”) metal and makes robots very accurate despite their lack of rigidity. Proprietary Anti-Vibration Algorithm: Predicts and Cancels Vibration: The algorithm forecasts vibrations and neutralizes them, ensuring perfect motion. This innovation eliminates weeks of offset fine-tuning. Process: Predicts vibration Creates cancellation Achieves desired motion Sends cancellation command to the robot controller No-Code User Interface: Users can simply upload a 3D model and select the desired features and operations. This eliminates hours or even days of traditional programming, making the system highly user-friendly and efficient. Reforege's long-term plan is to design low-cost manufacturing systems that use software to reduce the price of the hardware. This is because the overarching purpose of Reforge is to dramatically reduce the cost of manufacturing through this integrated design of machines.
