What it does
自ら健康を育むためのコンパス（羅針盤）を作る。私は、これまで外科医として臨床の現場に立ち、厚生労働省で制度設計に携わり、現在は地域でかかりつけ医をしたり、産業医をしたり、医療のデジタル化に取り組んだりなど、一貫して医療や健康に関わってきました。健康でありたい、病気を治したいという皆様の願いに貢献したい、赤ちゃんからお年寄まで、また患者さんや国民の皆様、様々な職種の医療従事者まで、すべての人が安心していきいきと活躍し続けられるような社会を作りたい。そんな思いを抱えながら、2016年12月に株式会社Medical Compassを立ち上げ、第一弾サービスとしてリリースしたのが、無料でダウンロードできるアプリ「健こんぱす」です。皆様が自らの健康を育むためのコンパス（羅針盤）になればという思いをこめて、有志の知恵を絞り、産み出しました。そして、2023年3月には、 若い世代から団塊の世代まで幅広く、人と人をつなぎ、新たなネットワークがつくれる場を提供する「笑来塾」を立ち上げました。多くの企業、学校、病院、公務員などが60〜65歳定年制度にしていますが、人生後半まだまだ活動しなければならない時代に入ってきています。 21世紀に入り、世の中は目まぐるしく変化いたしました。グローバル化、デジタル化による社会のイノベーション、新型コロナウイルスによるパンデミックや様々な自然災害、戦争、地球温暖化による危機管理、カーボンニュートラルなど多くの課題を乗り越えていかなければなりません。今後、新しいネットワークが必要になり、新しいことを始めるきっかけやヒントを求めている方が多くいらっしゃると感じています。 コロナ禍で長らくリアルな場ができなかったですが、この企画はそんな方々をリアルで繋いで、堅苦しくなく、笑いを融合して、新たなイノベーションを生み出すコミュニティーを提供したいと考えています。是非ご参加ください。代表取締役社長CEO（医師）宮田 俊男
