Avanssion is an HRtech & EDtech start-up based in Japan and Korea, with multiple years of experience servicing and developing HR and Education platforms. Avanssion is a bootstrapped company founded by Daiken Jeon in 2018 and counting 8 talents. We are not presenting our last service, currently in developing phase, Lezine. Lezine, Design your job life. Japan's endless Bureaucracy and outdated technologies are a brake to freedom of employment in a fast-paced world. People don’t realize the benefits of a decentralized society and how their manual ways are shattering their opportunities. Lezine is a multi-platform (Web + iOS + Android) HR service targeting the Fashion field in Japan. We are leveraging Big Data and Machine Learning to get rid of the interview process, saving time and money for our clients. One key feature of our scalable system is the Decentilizes Guild ecosystem, where clients can share their talent pool, reducing the time spent on hiring by up to 70%.
