Our team has several decades of experience building businesses around advanced technology for enterprise workforces, including a $100M exit to IBM. Eighteen million managers - one in seven services employees - consume over 80 billion hours of labor costs annually handling complex laws and procedures to allocate tasks among hourly workers instead of inspiring their teams and satisfying customers. Our mission is to transform hourly work to be self managing.
