What it does

We use AI and crowdsourcing to provide qualified and interested candidates based on job descriptions (unlike other AI recruiting tools, Google’s included, where the starting point is a search query). To date, we have sourced 1,1M unique candidate profiles, for 2.2K positions. Our AI has been trained with 1M+ expert reviews, already allowing auto-matching 52% of the time. Today, recruiters working with Visage spends 80% of their time talking to interested candidates and interviewing instead of sourcing. Our vision is to fully decentralize and automate parts of the hiring process where recruiters have a very low added value from sending a job description to scheduling interviews. Adecco, Tesla, Michael Page, and 40+ brands trust us to automate their sourcing.  We raised a seed round to build the core tech and generate revenue that fed the AI engine. We are getting ready to raise the next round in order to go deeper in the recruiting UX and bring our auto-matching algorithm to 98%.
