Nanovascular Technologies is building a noninvasive smart wearable and clinical dashboard to help health systems and value-based care teams prevent avoidable heart-failure hospitalizations. By continuously quantifying edema alongside key vitals and activity, we detect worsening congestion earlier and generate actionable, clinician-friendly alerts that prompt timely medication adjustments or visits before patients decompensate. Compared with today’s weight checks, symptom calls, and invasive monitors, our approach is lower-friction, scalable, and designed to fit RPM workflows. We’re advancing regulatory and clinical validation and are actively partnering with hospitals, ACOs, and Medicare Advantage groups for pilots and LOIs that convert into enterprise deployments.
