What it does
Every year over 8 million tons of plastics enter our oceans. Plastic foams like polyurethane and polystyrene (e.g. Styrofoam) take over 500 years to biodegrade, and by 2050 there will be more plastic in our oceans than fish. Made from a biopolymer found in upcycled seafood waste, Cruz Foam is sustainable, compostable replacement for these petroleum-based foams.
