アドバイザーナビの理念は「投資を変える、IFAと革える」である。アドバイザーナビは金融界において閉鎖された「人」、「投資家の選択の自由」を開放することがミッションであると考えている。それを叶えるために「人」、「投資家の選択の自由」の双方を支援する。「人」においては業界初のコミュニティー型転職サービス「IFA転職」のサービスを提供しており、これは転職業界においても新しい型である。従来の転職サービスは「点」でしかなかった。なぜなら人材の斡旋が成立したことによって手数料をもらうモデルであるからであり、そこでビジネスは完結してしまうからだ。しかし、アドバイザーナビのIFA転職ではフロントの手数料をもうのではなく成功報酬で収益を受け取るモデルである。つまり、転職したIFAが成功することで初めて収益を受け取ることができる。IFA（アドバイザー）の利益、IFAファームの利益、アドバイザーナビの利益が同じ方向を向いている三方よしのモデルである。また、IFAが成功するためのバックアップ体制も充実しており転職後もアドバイザーナビのコミュニティーでアドバイザーのレベルアップ研修等を証券実務を経験した税理士等のプロフェッショナルスタッフから受けることができる。転職会社×育成の体現にチャレンジする日本初の会社である。また「投資家の選択自由」においても業界初の試みである、投資家がIFAを選ぶことができるサービス「アドナビ」を提供している。これまでの日本の資産運用業界は「金融機関主体」でビジネスが行われていた。投資家が資産運用がしたいと思った際に、資産運用のアドバイザーを探そうと思っても「会社」は探すことができても「アドバイザー」は探す手段はなかった。アドバイザーとの接点はアドバイザーが営業に来て担当となるか、証券会社などに来店して最初に対応したアドバイザーが担当として着くというのが業界の慣例である。そのためにも「一生お付き合いできるアドバイザー」を「投資家側から選ぶことが出来る」という仕組みが必要だと考え資産運用アドバイザーの情報を開示するプラットフォームサービスを立ち上げた。
