Parca is an AI-native pre-construction services firm targeting a $150Bn+ services fee pool. We're backed by top-tier VCs and angels, including a founder of Mercor and operators from Sierra, Tesla, Clay, and Bain. In just seven weeks, we've scaled from $0 to $500k in annualized run-rate revenue and are deployed across 2 out of the top-5 national homebuilders (Toll Brothers and PulteGroup). We draft concept plans, site investigation reports, and feasibility studies for our partners, with every output reviewed by a real estate professional before delivery. Parca is co-founded by Rishab (ex-TPG, Cornell Math), Andy (ex-JPM, Cornell Math + CS), and Ian (ex-Amazon, Cornell CS). Rishab worked in mega-fund real estate private equity at TPG and personally wired $10M+ in pre-construction fees on active projects that Parca could service today at 4x the speed of incumbents. Andy built trading algorithms while at JPM, and Ian built v1 of Amazon Rufus, now Alexa for Shopping.
