What it does

Alia is building AI agents that coordinate teams toward company goals. As AI has exponentially increased individual productivity and output, coordination is now the bottleneck. Alia connects context across tools and teams, spots misalignment and blockers, and brings the right people and information together to move work forward. In just three months, Alia reached $115k in live ARR, with customers including a food delivery platform processing over 100 million orders a month. Usage among existing users is doubling week on week. Alia is co-founded by Thomas and Livia. Thomas built his first startup at 14 and attended Georgia Tech on a scholarship described as LATAM’s Thiel Fellowship. Livia spent a decade owning coordination at Stone as it grew from its founding team to over 15,000 employees. They are raising their seed round, aiming to close around a16z speedrun Demo Day.
