What it does

Arithmedics is building the brain of healthcare operations. Today, healthcare operations run as disconnected silos: every workflow makes decisions in isolation, no one knows the downstream impact of a decision, and physicians bear the burden of holding it all together. Arithmedics connects healthcare operations end to end, powered by Arithmedics Cortex, a decision engine that learns from every past decision and its outcome and guides each new decision in real time. Its first product, AVA Office Visit, manages the clinical encounter inside the EHR: notes, billing-ready codes, and data entry, with a physician approving every action, integrated with 2 EHRs covering 75% of its target market. Traction: 4 signed GI group practices, $226K in contracted ARR, one customer invested in the company, a 60-physician pilot underway, and an $8.5M+ sales pipeline. The founding team spans AI, medicine, and money movement: a Georgia Tech PhD who built AI systems at Google, a practicing Stanford gastroenterologist, and a Mastercard payments veteran.
